Mrs. KSeptember 9, 2026I had my first breast augmentation with Dr. Jeffrey Williams at Renaissance Plastic Surgery 17 years ago, and I was always so happy with the results. My implants looked incredibly natural, to the point that most people would never have known they were implants. So when I recently found out that one of my implants had collapsed and ruptured, I was very nervous, but I knew I wanted to go back to Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams immediately made me feel confident and comfortable. He is truly a perfectionist and pays attention to every little detail. He removed and replaced my implants, and even though I’m still early in the healing process, they already look amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. The entire staff made the experience so much easier. Michelle, the practice manager, was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Julie, the medical assistant, was beyond amazing with all of my follow-up appointments. She was patient, reassuring, and always took the time to answer every question I had. I’m so grateful to Dr. Jeffrey Williams and everyone at Renaissance Plastic Surgery. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being such a positive one. Following a double mastectomy due to breast cancer, I underwent reconstruction surgery with Dr. Williams, and from my very first consultation, I knew I was in exceptional hands. Dr. Williams is truly the Michelangelo of the plastic surgery world! His skill and attention to detail are remarkable. Just as importantly, he is extremely attentive, compassionate, and informative. He took the time to truly listen to me, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His entire staff was equally wonderful. Everyone I encountered was kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a difficult journey feel so much easier. And the results? Absolutely amazing! I came to Dr. Miguel a month ago, I had a aggressive Lipoma growing on my back the past 8 months. I scheduled a appointment to meet with Dr. Miguel he looked at my Lipoma told me what he saw and what was going on, he answered all my concerns and questions. He made me feel comfortable, that he was Doctor to do the surgery. I did schedule the surgery a week later, it took about 40 minutes, Dr. Miguel and his nurse in the room assisting Donna, were very professional and communicated with me threw the whole process of the surgery. Dr. Miguel stitch me up and I walked out the office door, in less than a hour. I had no pain, the stitches were taken out 10 days later and I feel great. I highly recommend Dr. Miguel and his staff if anyone needs anything done in his field. The Doctor is top notch and the whole staff is fantastic. The whole experience in my book was a 10 star rating but Google only rates up to 5. Thank you Dr. Miguel and staff for everything, A class act organization with A lot of class. Again Thanks

Everything went so well. My PCP told me it's the best reconstruction she has seen. He has performed several other procedures for me that I am very pleased with. I have since lost weight and he will be doing a tummy tuck for me to eliminate the leftover loose tissue. He is extremely nice and an excellent surgeon. His staff is also wonderful. I could not be more pleased.

My best friend had already had beautiful, successful outcomes with Dr. Stefani, and I followed her lead knowing she does not play when it comes to standards. Traveling from California, I wanted someone experienced, honest, and deeply trusted, and leaning into her long-standing relationship made this decision feel grounded and right. A huge part of our yes was how supported we felt doing this together. The entire team encouraged that choice and treated us like humans, not procedures. The staff at Renaissance are exceptional, real, kind, caring, and fully in it with you from day one. Nothing about this experience felt transactional. Post-op support has been outstanding. The nurses are warm, reassuring, and genuinely cheerleading from the sidelines in big and small ways. They feel like friends, and that matters more than you realize during recovery. Even at this stage, we can clearly see natural, refreshed results emerging. Nothing looks overdone or pulled, just rested, supported, and very much us. That reassurance this early in recovery speaks volumes. We are currently mid-recovery and already feel confident in the process and the outcome. Dr. Stefani is calm, direct, and human, and just when we were getting stitches out, he popped back into the room, took one look, said “snatched,” and shut the door. We died laughing, and he wasn’t wrong. If you are looking for expertise, trust, and care that feels personal and deeply respectful, Renaissance Plastic Surgery is it.

I had a dbl mastectomy in 2013 with a new cancer forming in 2023 the radiation therapy along with time took a toll on my older implants. Dr. Williams preformed what was to be a 3-4hr surgery ended up being 6 he went out to talk to my family and unlike other surgeon s he took them to a private area and explained what was done and what to expect. I would recommend this surgeon and his team .

I can imagine that the other surgeons at Spa Renaissance are outstanding as well, but Dr. Jeffrey Williams have truly surpassed my expectations. I initially went in for a consultation on getting a mammoplasty. I was referred by a coworker. Her reduction results were phenomenal. Dr. Williams professionalism, yet cool and laid back easy going demeanor made any anxiousness I had (on top) of the uneasy feeling of picking apart my insecurities go away. Before I knew it I was throwing in questions for an abdominoplasty(Tummy Tuck). Now I have to be honest I'm a young Black woman who didn't really know if a Michigan doctor, let alone not seeing anyone that looks like me around. Could get the exact results I wanted and was going for(FLAT stomach and waist Snatched in😊 creating CURVES). So I was going to go to Miami for that. But after talking to Dr. Williams and Becky(Such an angel) and going through his photo album. I was convinced I was in the right place. Thank God I followed my GUT(😂) After my surgery, and my 6 weeks of healing was nearing. I sashayed into Spa Renaissance Troy, even the receptionist took a double look and said WOW! 😲 Thank you again Dr. Williams my Mammoplasty and Tummy Tuck looks natural as if I put in work at the gym. Although you made it very clear I would have to exercise to maintain and PROTECT my investment 😉

I traveled from Phoenix, AZ to Troy, MI in August for a facelift, neck lift, upper/lower blepharoplasty, and fat grafting - a 55th birthday gift to myself. Once again, Dr. Stefani exceeded all expectations. The results are nothing short of remarkable—I easily look 20 years younger! A previous doctor tried to remove it but said it was too difficult, but not for Dr. George Miguel at Renaissance! Not only did he remove it with ease, but the scar is practically non-existent, which is crazy because of how big it was. Can't recommend enough!

He is a very kind and compassionate surgeon and apparently very talented as well because after 1 1/2 hours of him cutting it away from my back muscles, I had zero pain afterwards. I didn't even need to take a single aspirin for the pain after surgery.

It has the knowledge and expertise of a Mayo Clinic, but the compassion, friendliness and concern a practice that resembles old school medicine as far as treating clients and patience. At Renaissance have the feeling you're the only patient that they're seeing that day and that any of your concerns regardless of how trivial or how complex are given all the time that you need to feel comfortable. Dr. Williams is an amazing body sculpting artist!! I had to have a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Dr. Williams explained everything to me and my husband. Dr. Williams also did my permanent implants, which, by the way, turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I highly suggest Dr Williams for all your cosmetic needs, whether it's from cancer or you just want to feel good about yourself. His whole staff are wonderful and very kind people. One month later, I am just starting my follow up care and the line is almost unnoticeable! Highly recommend Dr. Williams! MBOctober 24, 2024Update below: I am very very thankful to have had Dr. Miguel's expert hands perform my rhinoplasty. I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding throughout the entire process; from my hesitance and fears, to my personal life interfering with my scheduling process, he remained the calm in my storm. The results are really better than expected, I knew it wouldn't be easy to find someone with a conservative approach to fix just enough to perfection, and I have to say Dr Miguel you are a medical artist. Thank you so much, and thank you to the wonderful staff. UPDATE: I could not have had the courage to have gone through this procedure, much less think about it at this time, if I had not known someone like Dr Miguel exists in Michigan. I am 6 days in, very minimal bruising and swelling, and less pain than anticipated. It looks surprisingly good at this early stage I can't wait to see the final results when things settle. I am forever a loyal patient to you Dr Miguel and can't thank you enough for caring about your patients the way you do, with your amazing talent and gifted hands.
